*Note: Since our rules have the possibility to cover multiple rules at once, do not attempt to bend the rules*
General Rules
1. Do not do anything to harm the server or otherwise exploit it.
2. Respect everyone. No shit-talking, purposefully annoying people or trolling.
3. Do not prop climb, surf, kill, block, bridge, push, trap or spam.
4. Body-blocking is not allowed if you are doing it to troll or be annoying.
5. No Bunny Hopping. It is unrealistic.
6. Do not mess with Admins on Duty, they are not role-playing so you shouldn't interact with them as if they are.
7. RP Scamming is not allowed whatsoever. Blind Auctions are also not allowed.
8. Do not impersonate any member of the OG administrative team members.
9. Do not evade ban by going on alts. (Will result in a perma-ban).
10. Do not build on the street or sidewalk (Hobos can build on sidewalk).
11. You are not allowed to have black physgun (invisible).
12. No disrespectful roleplay names. This includes special characters that are not found on your standard QWERTY keyboard. If you are asked to change your name, do so.
13. No offensive language in OOC, or admin chat.
14. The maximum time you can keep a hostage is 10min.
15. All jobs can own a defense firearm (1 handed) to protect their property, not to be used as a attacking weapon and not to be drawn then not (RP) threatened.
16. Staff words are final in all cases and are not to be protested.
17. No Mega-basing.
18. Do not attempt to bend the rules to your liking or find loop holes, these are basic server rules and are used as a base of information. Staff have the right to enforce against any unfair play that may not be stated in these rules.
19. Sexism / racism will not be tolerated and if caught or reported, you will be liable for a 12hour - 1day ban with no appeal
Role-playing Rules
1. Do not randomly kill someone (RDM - Random Death Match)
2. Follow the New Life Rule. If you don't know what it is, scroll down on this page to the 'New Life Rule' section.
3. No job abuse, change jobs, etc to get out of a role-play situation.
4. Do not disconnect, suicide, etc to get out of a role-play situation.
5. Do not mic spam. (Including soundboards of any type, excluding DJ job)
6. Do not spawn kill. under no circumstances is it alright to kill anyone in spawn.
7. Don't joke about DDOS, even in role-play.
8. You must make a reasonable attempt to take the Mayor hostage before opening fire on him (you must be a raiding class to take hostages).
9. You may not defend random people, only gang members and allied gang members (Exclude Civil Protection).
10. You may raid someone after selling them entities, unless an agreement was made otherwise (See Scamming Rules).
11. Hobos may not own doors, since they are homeless.
12. Baiting Civil Protection is not allowed. It's FailRP.
13. Accidentally killing someone (crossfire) is RDM (Not if for a valid reason aka raiding). If you think you might miss your shot or kill someone else, DON'T SHOOT!Read more below.
14. The Mayor can build in the PD as long as it does not block walking space (Comic Props only).
15. If your friend is a hitman you may NOT help him complete his hit. It does not matter if you are in the same gang or not. You could only potentially interfere if the person shot you directly.
16. A banker can hold anything that is illegal and not be warranted by the cops because of his illegal materials.
WireMod Rules
1. The only Automation you are allowed to create with WireMod is automated gun stores. You cannot create an automated money collection system or item duplication.
Mugging Rules
1. You must advert mug.
2. The max you can mug for is $5,000.
3. Only Mob bosses, Mafia Bosses or thieves can mug.
4. Do not fail fear RP while being Mugged (Running when they have a gun to you).
5. If you are being mugged, pulling out your weapon is failRP. You must comply with the attackers directions.
6. You MAY mug on the streets as long as it isn't in a highly populated areas (More then Three People, near Civil Protection).
7. No mugging in or close to spawn.
8. You cannot mug more then once within 5 Minutes.
9. You cannot mug the same person within 20 Minutes.
Raiding Rules
1. You may raid as: Mob Boss, Thief, Pro Thief, Thief Custom Classes (See In-Depth for exceptions).
2. You must wait 20 minutes in-between raiding the same person or base.
3. You cannot raid the PD from inside a base.
4. You may raid (Counter-Raid) someone who is already being raided as long as you completely raid the base (Do not just kill the existing raiders, You must finish the raid).
5. Do not use a raiding tool on a base unless you attempt to raid and have adverted.
6. You must advert Raid before doing anything to a base.
7. You must start the raid within 30 seconds of adverting the raid.
8. You cannot solo raid as Mob Boss, Mafia Leader.
9. Do not camp bases.
10. A PD raid can only go on for 10 minutes. After that time the raiders must leave.
11. During a PD raid, the police forces may not come back straight away after being killed. They must wait 2 minutes for NLR to end. (CP NLR is shortened to 2 minutes during PD Raids)
12. You cannot raid someone with a building sign, doing so will result in punishment.
13. Abusing world glow/camera to see into someones base is not allowed.
New Life Rule
You must stay away from the place you died previously for an additional 3 minutes.
If this is the first role play server you have ever joined, please take a moment to read the following:
New Life Rule (NLR) states that once you die, you forget everything that happened to you. This means that, after you die, you don't immediately go back to the place you died.
If you died while being raided, you are free to go on back after your NLR time without guns drawn. (Because you cannot remember that you were raided, or who raided you, so you can't be prepared).

4. You are NOT permitted to construct bases in the sewer.
Mutant Hunter Class Rules & Guidelines

*This class can only raid mutants*
1. You may hunt Mutants ONLY when you advertise Mutant hunt.
2. Mutant hunts can last a maximum of 25 minutes.
3. You must wait 5 minutes before raiding the mutants again.
Hitman Class Rules & Guidelines

1. The max price you can set a hit for is $10,000.
2. You cannot kill the same person repeatedly. There is a 5 minute cooldown.
3. Do not ask someone to put a hit onto certain player's, that's fail RP.
4. You need to have a reason for the hit by the player placing the hit. Do not accept the hit without a reason. Remember the reason and person who placed it in case it becomes a admin sit.
Hobo's Class Rules & Guidelines

1. Do not bug bait spam.
2. Do not build in the middle of street, only on the pathway.
3. Hobo's can only own one-handed weapons.
4. Hobo's base must be open to the public (No enclosed areas) and no fading doors/keypads.
Gun Dealer/Heavy Arms Dealer Class Rules & Guidelines

1. You must have a shop.
2. Do not self supply (Changing to gun dealer to buy guns then switching to thief)
3. You cannot be apart of any organisation.
4. You have to have realistic prices. (Max profit per gun $5000) (Max profit per shipment $15000)

1. You cannot be in a party bigger than 4.
2. You can only have 1 medic per group.
3. If you have a medic in your group he cannot call raid for the whole group, a thief has to call raid and the only person who has to advert raid assist is the medic.

1. You have to heal someone if they offer to pay your price.
2. If someone wants free healing you can turn them down.
Civil Protection Rules

1. Corrupt Civil Protection members are not allowed
2. Civil Protection members may arrest players with illegal guns or contraband out on sight. (Must role play the arrest situation, Do not baton rush)
3. Civil Protection may use any weapon they have available to them.
4. SWAT may free-roam, but must protect the Police Department and Mayor during a raid / lockdown.
5. Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to baton rush. (Arresting without Role playing, Arresting someone while they have a gun pointed at you)
6. Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to base/own doors (The Police Department is your home)
7. Civil Protection members are NOT to arrest hobos during a lockdown, since they have no home.
8. Do not randomly weapon check someone. (You must roleplay the situation to weapon check) (Being in the PD is reason enough for a check)
9. Do not raid without a warrant. A building open to the public does not require a warrant to go into, unless there is a closed off private area such as a back room.
10. You may only request search warrants if you have a legitimate reason to be suspicious.
11. Do not metagame. You cannot warrant based off hearing money printers or meth labs through the walls or seeing someone killed in the killfeed.
12. Arrests must have reasons behind them.
13. Law enforcement players are not above the law.
14. Law enforcement players must enforce the law.
15. You may counter-raid to stop raiders
16. You cannot KOS
17. Civil Protection must always advert raid, provided they have a warrant.
The following rules apply to the establishment of RBT (Roadside Breath Test)
1. An RBT may only be established with the permission of either the Mayor or Police Chief.
2. You may not hinder the transport of any citizen who is walking along through the RBT. An RBT involves vehicles not people.
Mayor/Secret Service Class Rules & Guidelines

1. Mayors/Secret Service can only own one handed weapons.
2. Mayors must have placed a law board within 10 minutes of being Mayor
3. Secret Service cannot act as a police officer.
4. You cannot play Secret service if there is no Mayor online.

Mafia Class Rules & Guidelines

1. Mafia Members are required to coordinate with other members of the same mafia, if they don't then it is considered fail role-play.
2. Mafia can only raid with a leader and at least 1 other person that is a gang member.
3. If you kill a member of your own Mafia, it is considered FailRP and RDM.
Security Guard Job Rules & Guidelines

1. You must be a guard for a store/base.
2. You can be a guard for a base for thieves, Mob Boss or but you cannot help them raid.
DJ Class Rules & Guidelines

1. You cannot at anytime, play songs that are classified as ear-rape This includes, but is not limited to: Jihadi music, MLG songs.
2. Must perform on a stage.
3. Cannot perform near spawn.
Slave Rules & Guidelines
*This class cannot raid*
1. Slaves first objective is to find a Master to follow.
2. Only allowed a 1 handed guns for protection.
Custom Class Rules & Guidelines
1. You may NOT drop and supply other players with the weapons that come with your custom class.
2. If you have chosen your class model to have the appearance of a default model whilst being a different job, expect to be mistakenly RDM'ed. For example, If your custom class is the Hobo job by default, but you've chosen the player model to be the default Civil Protection model, you will have to expect the complications that come with this. Players are bound to mistake your identity/job. Staff members will not be required to punish the RDM/RDAer if it was due to confusion of your job/identity.
3. You cannot use your custom class as an excuse to perform unrealistic and rule-breaking role play events/situations. (E.g: Massacres will not be tolerated as it is essentially Mass RDM) The rest should come as common sense. Check to see if your custom role play event is breaking any rules before you follow through with the plan. If unsure, you can always ask an Admin in-game.
4. You must follow the class rules of your chosen Custom Class job.
Building Rules
1. Do not abuse the fading door. (Using your real keyboard to open fading doors)
2. Keypads must be working, have a hold length of 4 seconds, and be placed near the door they open.
3. Do not build inside unowned buildings.
4. Do not build out on the streets or anywhere public. The Hobo class is the ONLY exception to this rule.
5. Do not block off large parts(Mega basing) of the map, or any place where NPCs are located such as the Meth Dealer.
6. While building, put up a sign that states BUILDING to let others know not to mess with you. Once you are finished building, remove the sign. While building, you should not have any printers or other entities. If you do, those entities can be removed. Gun/Heavy Arms dealers are an exception to this rule as they will need to build a secure case of some sort around the shipments to set up the store. Do not however, use or provide guns from these shipments under any circumstances while building. You may only have the shipments out to put them into a secure place before you open your store to prevent people from walking in and stealing.
7. No concentration camps or inappropriate structures. (Racist/Pornographic/Bashing of religions etc are not tolerated)
8. No GIFs or offensive material on text signs and keep your signs in role-play. (no random signs) (Racist/Pornographic/Bashing of religions etc are not tolerated)
9. Do not build on rooftops unless they are connected to a world map staircase.
10. You can only have a maximum of three fading doors in your base.
11. If you have multiple entrances into your base, you can block off one of them. (As long as there is one accessible way into your base, it is fine)
12. You cannot have a no-collided prop in front of your fading door giving the illusion that nothing has changed when opening the door.
13. Your base cannot include movement impairing door ways or entrances, aka crouching, jumping.
14. No kill holes/traps
15. If staff deem a base too unfair or unraidable they hold the right to tell you to fix the unfair sections. If you do not follow their request then you will be viable for warn/kick/ban.
16. Single-file bases are NOT allowed under any circumstances. All player-made hallways must be wide enough for 2 people to pass each other.
17. Sky bases are not allowed under any circumstances
Combat Engagement:
The rules that permit you to fire your weapon:
You can fire at someone if:
1. You have made a warning call beforehand ( your warning must give them 5 or more seconds to back away. For example, you can say; You have 5 seconds to leave or I will shoot you.)
2. Someone is shooting or stealing from you / raiding you.
3. A person is stopped, facing you, with a pickpocket, (or any item with the same model) out.
You cannot fire at someone if:
1. They are government personnel (if that is the sole reason).
2. They are doing no harm.
3. You have not given out a warning call (You are not required to give a warning call if they are stealing/raiding/shooting at you).
In-Game Laws
These are the laws that should be followed in-game. Disobeying them in any way may result in punishment by government personnel.
The Mayor cannot change laws that are defined below as Always illegal or Always legal. The laws Mayor can change are defined below.
Always legal:
1. Owning a one handed gun.
2. Self Defense with a legal weapon.
3. Jaywalking.
Always illegal:
1. Murder, Assault, and Robbery.
2. Firing off a gun in public.
3. Owning a gun that is not a semi automatic pistol.
4. Owning contraband.
Mayor can change:
1. Drugs to be legal.
2. Non-contraband items to be illegal.

1. Slaves first objective is to find a Master to follow.
2. Only allowed a 1 handed guns for protection.
Custom Class Rules & Guidelines
1. You may NOT drop and supply other players with the weapons that come with your custom class.
2. If you have chosen your class model to have the appearance of a default model whilst being a different job, expect to be mistakenly RDM'ed. For example, If your custom class is the Hobo job by default, but you've chosen the player model to be the default Civil Protection model, you will have to expect the complications that come with this. Players are bound to mistake your identity/job. Staff members will not be required to punish the RDM/RDAer if it was due to confusion of your job/identity.
3. You cannot use your custom class as an excuse to perform unrealistic and rule-breaking role play events/situations. (E.g: Massacres will not be tolerated as it is essentially Mass RDM) The rest should come as common sense. Check to see if your custom role play event is breaking any rules before you follow through with the plan. If unsure, you can always ask an Admin in-game.
4. You must follow the class rules of your chosen Custom Class job.
Building Rules
1. Do not abuse the fading door. (Using your real keyboard to open fading doors)
2. Keypads must be working, have a hold length of 4 seconds, and be placed near the door they open.
3. Do not build inside unowned buildings.
4. Do not build out on the streets or anywhere public. The Hobo class is the ONLY exception to this rule.
5. Do not block off large parts(Mega basing) of the map, or any place where NPCs are located such as the Meth Dealer.
6. While building, put up a sign that states BUILDING to let others know not to mess with you. Once you are finished building, remove the sign. While building, you should not have any printers or other entities. If you do, those entities can be removed. Gun/Heavy Arms dealers are an exception to this rule as they will need to build a secure case of some sort around the shipments to set up the store. Do not however, use or provide guns from these shipments under any circumstances while building. You may only have the shipments out to put them into a secure place before you open your store to prevent people from walking in and stealing.
7. No concentration camps or inappropriate structures. (Racist/Pornographic/Bashing of religions etc are not tolerated)
8. No GIFs or offensive material on text signs and keep your signs in role-play. (no random signs) (Racist/Pornographic/Bashing of religions etc are not tolerated)
9. Do not build on rooftops unless they are connected to a world map staircase.
10. You can only have a maximum of three fading doors in your base.
11. If you have multiple entrances into your base, you can block off one of them. (As long as there is one accessible way into your base, it is fine)
12. You cannot have a no-collided prop in front of your fading door giving the illusion that nothing has changed when opening the door.
13. Your base cannot include movement impairing door ways or entrances, aka crouching, jumping.
14. No kill holes/traps
15. If staff deem a base too unfair or unraidable they hold the right to tell you to fix the unfair sections. If you do not follow their request then you will be viable for warn/kick/ban.
16. Single-file bases are NOT allowed under any circumstances. All player-made hallways must be wide enough for 2 people to pass each other.
17. Sky bases are not allowed under any circumstances
Combat Engagement:
The rules that permit you to fire your weapon:
You can fire at someone if:
1. You have made a warning call beforehand ( your warning must give them 5 or more seconds to back away. For example, you can say; You have 5 seconds to leave or I will shoot you.)
2. Someone is shooting or stealing from you / raiding you.
3. A person is stopped, facing you, with a pickpocket, (or any item with the same model) out.
You cannot fire at someone if:
1. They are government personnel (if that is the sole reason).
2. They are doing no harm.
3. You have not given out a warning call (You are not required to give a warning call if they are stealing/raiding/shooting at you).
In-Game Laws
These are the laws that should be followed in-game. Disobeying them in any way may result in punishment by government personnel.
The Mayor cannot change laws that are defined below as Always illegal or Always legal. The laws Mayor can change are defined below.
Always legal:
1. Owning a one handed gun.
2. Self Defense with a legal weapon.
3. Jaywalking.
Always illegal:
1. Murder, Assault, and Robbery.
2. Firing off a gun in public.
3. Owning a gun that is not a semi automatic pistol.
4. Owning contraband.
Mayor can change:
1. Drugs to be legal.
2. Non-contraband items to be illegal.
3. CP Disrespect (legal by default).
5. Knives to be illegal.
Contraband includes: Meth Lab, Printers, Lockpick, Keypad Cracker, Unarrest Baton and Stun Stick.
Contraband does not include: Weapons, Ammo Crate, Medic Kit, Bugbait and Knives.
